• Uses ROT13 decryption
• Easiest way to solve it is to use the Linux tr command to map the characters in the range A to Z to the characters N to Z followed by A to M, and the characters in the range a to z to the characters n to z followed by the characters a to m.

Steps

• 1. Download values.txt file
• 2. Open it and copy the contents
• 3. Run echo "cvpbPGS{arkg_gvzr_V'yy_gel_2_ebhaqf_bs_ebg13_45559noq}" | tr 'A-Za-z' 'N-ZA-Mn-za-m'
